Low Carb No Bake Cookies – HCG Atkins Ketosis Diabetic

These low carb no bake cookies destroy the myth that you can’t have any healthy snacks and still lose weight

Mix  the following ingredients together and heat on medium temperature.:

  • 1/4 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons organic unsalted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Truvia
  • Dash of sea salt

Bring to boil then remove from heat.

Mix into the chocolate the following ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup natural almond butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes (we brown them in a frying pan or you can bake them for 5 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees)Scoop into balls on wax paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate or freeze for faster time.

Eat and enjoy. Makes about 1 dozen.
