These low carb no bake cookies destroy the myth that you can’t have any healthy snacks and still lose weight
Mix the following ingredients together and heat on medium temperature.:
- 1/4 Cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons organic unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Truvia
- Dash of sea salt
Bring to boil then remove from heat.
Mix into the chocolate the following ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup natural almond butter
- 1 1/2 Cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes (we brown them in a frying pan or you can bake them for 5 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees)Scoop into balls on wax paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate or freeze for faster time.
Eat and enjoy. Makes about 1 dozen.
